Sarah Hadland may be winning over the judges on Strictly Come Dancing, but rumors of her off-screen behavior could cast a shadow over her stellar performances. Known for her role as Stevie Sutton in the hit BBC series Miranda, Sarah dazzled in her last performance, a fiery Argentine Tango to Ready or Not by Fugees/Scala, earning her a near-perfect score of 38 alongside professional partner Vito Coppola. Topping the leaderboard, they currently stand neck and neck with EastEnders star Jamie Borthwick and his partner, Michelle Tsiakkas.

In preparation for their next performance, a Cha Cha set to Like a Prayer by Madonna, Sarah and Vito have been practicing intensely. Yet, some fans may be less enthused by her behind-the-scenes antics. In a 2015 interview with the British Comedy Guide, Sarah humorously admitted to having a bit of a “bad reputation” on the set of The Job Lot for barging into dressing rooms unannounced. She candidly shared, “Generally, people don’t like it, but I still do it!”

Speculation about a possible Strictly romance with partner Vito Coppola also arose earlier this year, though Sarah quickly laughed it off. Despite this, she made it clear that romance isn’t on her agenda, saying, “I can either do the dance or have an affair, but I can’t do both.”

Not one to shy away from daring routines, Sarah has embraced the show’s steamy moves. Recalling a particularly sensual paso doble from week two, she described the close contact with Vito, jokingly calling it “tuppence to thigh” and admitting that the eye contact made it “ten times worse.”

With her mix of charm and talent, Sarah’s journey on Strictly promises to keep fans intrigued – both on and off the dance floor.
